The special rate offered to the company should not be disclosed/shared to any other organization.
The Special Rates will not be applicable during City Exhibitions & Conventions.

Cancellation policy
All reservations on a direct payment basis will require a credit card guarantee at the time of making reservations, enabling us to make bookings on a firm basis.
“No-show” or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation within 48 hours prior to arrival will attract 1 night retention charges.
Cancellation of any confirmed bookings, duration from 7 days to 21 days should be informed 5 days prior or it will attract 5 night’s retention charges.
